Teams at Treaty Oak Clean Energy, LLC

Oversee corporate and project-level accounting, including month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger integrity, intercompany transactions, and variance analysis. Manage and develop accounting staff, support internal controls, prepare audit documentation, and drive process improvements. Partner with finance, FP&A, tax, and project finance teams while supporting accounting for renewable energy development, construction, and operating activities.

Leads technical accounting, audited and interim financial reporting across multiple entities, external audit coordination, U.S. GAAP research, accounting memo preparation, policy compliance, and internal control implementation. Partners with Finance, Tax, FP&A, and Project Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, improve processes, and maintain audit readiness in a complex energy and infrastructure environment.

Supports daily accounting operations in a complex, multi-entity renewable energy environment. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, assisting with monthly close and accounts payable, performing reconciliations, investigating variances, tracking project transactions, maintaining audit documentation, preparing schedules, and supporting internal controls. The role partners with FP&A, tax, treasury, compliance, and project finance teams while contributing to process improvement and standardization.
