Own the transition from design to production for complex mechanical machines. Interface with suppliers, review drawings and BOMs, ensure production readiness, oversee on-site assembly and integration, develop production documentation and tracking, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support qualification and acceptance testing to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Work directly with the founders to drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. Manage operating rhythm (OKRs, leadership meetings), coordinate demos, manufacturing, fundraising, government relations, and hiring. Represent founders to defense stakeholders, organize high-urgency field missions and events, and streamline processes while operating in extreme ambiguity with frequent travel.

Lead Traysar's federal engagement and government sales strategy focused on defense stakeholders (PEOs, PMOs, Army Corps, military units). Manage government opportunities, external lobbyists, and CRM; analyze federal budget and acquisition cycles; prepare briefing and policy materials; and secure funding via SBIR, NDAA line items, appropriations, and other pathways.

Design, build, and test mechanical systems for autonomous tunnel-machines, focusing on structures, chassis, and heavy-equipment hydraulic systems. Own hardware through lifecycle, produce manufacturing and test documentation, integrate subsystems, select materials, track mass/cost/schedules, and support qualification testing (acoustic, vibration, shock, thermal). Incorporate field feedback to iterate designs.

Own and build Traysar's finance operations: accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, cash/treasury management, ERP and controls, payroll and tax across U.S. and Israel, equity administration, audits, fundraising support, vendor/lease negotiations, and compliance with insurance and legal partners.

Design and own motor, power distribution, and machine control systems for heavy equipment. Produce schematics and harnesses, select components, develop and tune motor controllers and low-level firmware, validate systems in prototypes and field tests, and integrate electrical subsystems with hydraulics and autonomy.

Identify and engage government stakeholders to shape early-stage requirements and funding pathways for autonomous subterranean systems. Produce technical white papers, capability briefs, and collateral, manage opportunities in CRM, and support demos and engagements to move TRL 0-3 concepts toward funded programs.

Build and scale procurement for Traysar Israel: establish processes, source and negotiate with suppliers, manage purchasing and vendor relationships, partner with engineering on components and NPD, implement ERP/inventory systems, track supplier performance, and identify cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery.
