Build and launch full-stack products that simplify waste-hauler operations. Translate ambiguous customer feedback into production solutions, work across frontend, backend, and data layers, use AI extensively for coding and architecture, and own projects from problem definition through launch and iteration. The role requires autonomous execution, strong engineering quality, and full professional English proficiency while working with a US-based CTO.

Provide technical support, training, troubleshooting, and customer assistance through ticket, phone, and chat channels. Build and maintain customer documentation, tutorials, and training materials. Advocate for customers by gathering feedback, escalating issues, identifying trends, and collaborating cross-functionally. Help establish scalable support processes, monitor support metrics, and improve customer satisfaction, retention, and software adoption.

Own full-cycle SaaS sales for new-logo acquisition, including discovery, workflow demonstrations, multi-stakeholder deal navigation, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing. Sell operational software to waste and recycling haulers across SMB, mid-market, and municipal segments. Collaborate with BDRs, GTM Engineering, and Marketing while using AI sales tools. Travel approximately 25–50% for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
