Oversee end-to-end operations, sales performance, inventory integrity, compliance, and service quality across 10 staff-accommodation retail stores in Dubai. Lead 26 employees, manage vendors and budgets, ensure POS and inventory accuracy, coordinate audits, maintain food safety and visual merchandising standards, resolve customer escalations, and drive continuous improvement and store expansion.

The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, eliciting and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Responsibilities include feasibility and impact assessments, requirements documentation, stakeholder workshops, UAT, system implementation support, user training, post-implementation evaluation, and process optimization. The role also collaborates with developers and business units to ensure solutions meet requirements, timelines, and budgets.
