Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery of HR services (recruitment, visas, payroll, onboarding/offboarding). Manage account administration and payroll/invoicing, monitor contract profitability, draft and negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, maintain SOPs/KPIs, coordinate with support teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide day-to-day payroll support including record keeping, payroll runs, end-of-service calculations, time and attendance management, employee query resolution, payroll reporting, and process improvement/automation within a high-volume payroll team.

Coordinate, deliver, and document classroom and field-based technical and competency training for terminal operations. Develop course materials and assessments, manage training schedules and UAE national development programs, maintain training records, support audits and reporting, and ensure EHS/IMS compliance and safety culture.
