Run workshops, design and document business processes, plan implementations, perform feasibility reviews, develop process models, create and execute test cases, deliver key-user training, provide go-live and post-go-live support, and support pre-sales. May lead project teams and mentor junior consultants.

Drive new business for SAP Embedded Payments (SAP MBC) by engaging CFOs, treasury and IT leaders, building value propositions, collaborating with presales/solution architects, managing pipeline and forecasting, closing enterprise deals, developing partner relationships (SAP, banks, SIs, fintechs), and representing the company at industry events.

Lead Hong Kong compliance function, maintain MSO licence and regulatory relationships, own AML/CTF framework, conduct risk assessments, oversee KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring and sanctions, act as MLRO when designated, support product and commercial growth, deliver regulatory submissions and audits, drive automation/AI improvements, lead projects and provide compliance training and pragmatic risk-based advice.

Identify, engage, and qualify net-new prospects through outbound and inbound channels; book qualified meetings for AEs/BDMs; maintain CRM data quality; perform structured discovery around payments use cases and onboarding requirements; collaborate with sales, marketing, compliance, and onboarding to ensure smooth handovers and continuous improvement of outreach and qualification processes.
