Lead Hong Kong compliance function, maintain MSO licence and regulatory relationships, own AML/CTF framework, conduct risk assessments, oversee KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring and sanctions, act as MLRO when designated, support product and commercial growth, deliver regulatory submissions and audits, drive automation/AI improvements, lead projects and provide compliance training and pragmatic risk-based advice.

Process and input bank payments, validate banking details (IBAN, SWIFT), update databases and Excel sheets, manage payment queries, liaise with banks by email/phone, and provide timely, professional customer support.

Drive new business acquisition and partnerships in the global payroll/EOR segment. Lead complex enterprise, multi-product cross-border sales, build and maintain a qualified pipeline, mentor junior sales staff, develop go-to-market strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, resolve commercial/technical issues, and educate stakeholders on product suite and APIs.
