Teams at Transfermate

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, perform variance analysis, present financial results, support budgeting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and controls. Manage external audits and financial statement preparation, contribute to process improvements and global projects, collaborate with operational and technical teams, and mentor junior finance staff. The role requires oversight of direct reports where applicable and at least one day per week at the Kilkenny headquarters.

Performs quality checks on treasury activities and customer payments, enters financial data into databases, investigates discrepancies using Excel, responds to team queries, compiles Forex trade reports, and reconciles daily bank transactions against database records.

Sell and grow embedded SAP payments by engaging CFOs, treasury and IT leaders; build MBC value propositions; manage full sales cycle, pipeline forecasting, partner relationships, and GTM insights.
