Provide high-volume support through chat, email, and social channels for users navigating crypto onboarding and payments. Troubleshoot payment gateway, KYC, wallet integration, and blockchain transaction issues; explain crypto concepts clearly; maintain strong customer satisfaction; escalate bugs, outages, fraud, and phishing attempts to Product, Engineering, and Risk/AML teams. The role operates on rotational shifts in a global 24/7 support environment.

Own and architect high-throughput Node.js payment microservices handling fiat transactions across multiple currencies and regulatory jurisdictions. Design resilient, traceable, idempotent, and reconciliable systems; lead banking and payment-partner integrations; and operate AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, databases, caching, monitoring, and on-call processes. Drive technical roadmaps, author design documents, mentor engineers, collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Operations, and maintain security and compliance standards for financial data.

Own and strengthen existing product partnerships across payments, crypto infrastructure, wallets, exchanges, banks, PSPs, and fintechs. Manage account plans, business reviews, escalations, integration health, service quality, revenue performance, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Translate partner needs into product and integration plans while coordinating Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams. Track performance metrics, protect revenue continuity, negotiate commercial terms, and provide ecosystem intelligence to leadership.

The UK MLRO holds statutory personal accountability for AML/CFT at the UK entity, owning risk assessment, policies, CDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions, Travel Rule compliance, SAR/DAML reporting, regulatory engagement (FCA/NCA), assurance, and leadership of the UK financial crime team. They will drive the FCA cryptoasset authorisation application and ensure the control framework meets supervisory standards.

Mid-level Data Scientist (2–5 years) focused on risk, fraud, and compliance. Build and deploy ML models and deterministic rules, run funnel and A/B experiment analyses, create dashboards, partner with Product/Growth/Engineering, and improve data quality and instrumentation.

Serve as Transak Australia's Responsible Manager to support AFSL application, maintain regulator-ready governance, map token product perimeters, implement local compliance and AML/CTF frameworks, manage regulatory relationships (ASIC, AFCA, banks), and translate regulatory requirements into practical operational controls across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.

The Sales Director will own revenue for North America, close enterprise deals, collaborate across departments, and influence go-to-market strategy.
