Join the trading-platform team to build, deploy, and operate high-performance trading applications. After a 3–6 month training, you’ll own deployment tooling, infrastructure automation (containers/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and participate in on-call rotations, design, and code reviews.

Lead global procurement and vendor management, negotiate complex enterprise agreements (SaaS, Telecom, Market Data, CapEx/OpEx), drive vendor consolidation and M&A integration, enforce procurement governance and data protection, implement Coupa/NetSuite/Ironclad workflows, and partner with FP&A to deliver cost savings and compliance.

Lead global accounting operations including month-end close, complex journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support across multiple jurisdictions. Drive process improvements and automation (Power Automate, Power BI, FloQast), support M&A and system implementations, document SOPs, and partner with FP&A, legal, HR, and international accounting teams to ensure consistent US GAAP reporting.

Maintain and improve core platform reliability by investigating and resolving critical functional and performance issues, building features and tooling to prevent recurrence, collaborating across teams to resolve complex incidents, and designing AI agents to automate root cause analysis and incident response.

Provide front-line technical support for the TT trading platform: investigate and troubleshoot client issues, manage incidents in ServiceNow, analyze logs and diagnostics, escalate to engineering, collaborate across global teams, mentor junior engineers, and support follow-the-sun shift coverage including occasional weekend/holiday work for exchange testing and major incidents.

Provide Tier 1/2 technical triage and initial resolution for a mission-critical SaaS trading platform. Monitor systems, troubleshoot Linux/Windows, virtualization, and AWS issues, execute SOPs, support hybrid identity/MFA, assist with automation scripts (Bash/Python), document runbooks, and follow a 24/5 rotating shift schedule.

Develop and maintain telemetry and automation tooling to monitor and manage global platform health. Participate in on-call rotations, diagnose and resolve production incidents, implement automated incident response and reliability improvements, and proactively mitigate system stability risks.

Drive development and enhancements for order connectivity and pricing systems in a low-latency, multi-threaded C++ trading platform. Design, implement, and optimize exchange gateways, market data handling, and price generation. Perform performance tuning, memory analysis, testing, on-call production support, code reviews, documentation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across teams.

Design, develop, and maintain low-latency order entry, state management, and execution reporting software. Diagnose and fix crashes, memory and CPU bottlenecks, and ensure deterministic order lifecycle handling. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve the ASE/ALGO codebase and improve client retention and system stability.

Development-first SRE role focused on building telemetry, automation, and reliability tooling. Develop monitoring and remediation in Python and Go, author Terraform modules, support AWS infrastructure, participate in on-call rotations (3-week dev / 1-week ops), and drive post-incident improvements. Supports US working hours and hybrid on-site collaboration.

Design, build, maintain, and run automated integration and contract tests using the Pact framework. Integrate AI tools into testing workflows, analyze results, improve automation frameworks, test REST APIs and SQL, work in a POD environment, and mentor other testers.

Provide Tier 1/2 follow-the-sun triage and initial resolution for break-fix incidents on Linux/Windows, virtualization, AWS, and hardware. Monitor systems, execute SOPs, assist with automation/IaC under senior guidance, document runbooks, escalate complex issues, and participate in 24/5 shift rotations supporting a production SaaS trading platform.

Architect and build Backstage as the central software catalog; modernize deployments with GitOps, containers, and progressive delivery; create golden paths and self-service IDP tooling; tune and migrate latency-sensitive workloads from VMware to AWS; author IaC (Terraform/CDK); improve CI/CD pipelines and telemetry; participate in on-call rotations to maintain high reliability for low-latency trading systems.

Design, develop, and maintain low-latency OMS software handling order lifecycle, cancellations, and execution reporting. Build high-performance FIX adapters and WebSocket gateways, optimize multi-threaded systems for p99 latency, perform memory and CPU profiling, and collaborate with product, QA, and other engineers to deliver reliable trading systems.

Maintain and optimize high-performance backend exchange connectivity systems, fix memory and latency bottlenecks, build tools and automated tests, occasionally maintain frontend code, and collaborate with engineers to design and implement changes.

Design, build, and own the platform and Backstage software catalog; modernize deployments using GitOps, containers, and progressive delivery; tune RHEL and migrate latency-sensitive workloads from VMware to AWS; write IaC (Terraform/CDK); improve CI/CD pipelines and developer self-service; participate in on-call rotations to maintain high reliability for trading systems.

Lead finance transformation initiatives including redesigning month-end close, implementing automation and close-management tools, partnering on ERP and data integrations, establishing SOPs and KPIs, and acting as the accounting lead on M&A transactions through diligence, PPA, and post-acquisition integration.
