Teams at Trading Technologies

Provide Tier 1/2 technical triage and initial resolution for a mission-critical SaaS trading platform. Monitor systems, troubleshoot Linux/Windows, virtualization, and AWS issues, execute SOPs, support hybrid identity/MFA, assist with automation scripts (Bash/Python), document runbooks, and follow a 24/5 rotating shift schedule.

Provide front-line technical support for the TT trading platform: investigate and troubleshoot client issues, manage incidents in ServiceNow, analyze logs and diagnostics, escalate to engineering, collaborate across global teams, mentor junior engineers, and support follow-the-sun shift coverage including occasional weekend/holiday work for exchange testing and major incidents.

Develop and maintain telemetry and automation tooling to monitor and manage global platform health. Participate in on-call rotations, diagnose and resolve production incidents, implement automated incident response and reliability improvements, and proactively mitigate system stability risks.
