Lead the internal analytics platform and manage a small analytics team while remaining hands-on with data engineering. Build reliable, scalable data architecture; improve pipelines, refreshes, and data consistency; drive product analytics and hypothesis-based research; and expand AI-powered reporting capabilities. Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, anti-fraud, support, and marketing teams to maintain dashboards, metrics, and experiments.
