SMM Manager

We’re looking for an SMM Manager who treats social media as a real growth channel, not just a place to post. You know how to turn product features into content people care about, build partnerships that bring in a real audience, and run campaigns from idea to results. You know the CS2 community from the inside and take ownership of decisions in your area.

💪 YOUR QUEST-LINE:

• Promote the product through content: turn features and updates into clear, engaging formats.

• Work with product mechanics on social media and build the user journey from content to the website.

• Grow our social channels: plan content, analyze performance, and test new formats and platforms.

• Build partnerships, negotiate external placements, and measure how well they perform.

• Launch and run large-scale marketing campaigns together with the product, design, and contractor teams.

• Set tasks for designers and video editors and keep the quality bar high.

• Work closely with the product, analytics, and marketing teams.

👨‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:

• 3+ years in SMM, including experience with partnerships or media buying in gaming, esports, or iGaming.

• Experience in product communication, backed by cases with measurable results.

• Experience managing projects with contractors and budgets.

• Solid understanding of CS2 and the skins market.

• Strong copywriting and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and turn broad goals into concrete plans.

• At least Upper-Intermediate English.
