Lead Outside Plant engineering for campus fiber and outdoor connectivity from pre-construction through commissioning. Manage a small multidisciplinary team, set OSP design standards, validate contractor deliverables, oversee permitting/ROW, coordinate DAS/CBRS/Private 5G, and ensure clean as-built handover to operations while managing vendors, schedules, and QA/QC.

Lead Inside Plant engineering for data center campuses, managing a small specialist team and owning structured cabling, racks, pathways, MDF/IDF, in-building signal and life-safety systems from design through construction, commissioning, and as-built handover. Drive contractor performance, QA/QC, standards compliance (TIA, NEC, NFPA), acceptance testing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure code-compliant, schedule-certain delivery.

Perform fund accounting and investor reporting for private equity partnerships: prepare quarterly partnership financial statements, capital calls/distributions, calculate carried interest, track cash flows, support audits, respond to investor inquiries, and maintain general ledger and fund performance monitoring.

Lead month- and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, perform variance analysis, oversee accounts payable, manage fixed asset and cash accounting, support audits, reconcile intercompany balances, and collaborate on process improvements and system implementations for the company's manufacturing business while ensuring GAAP compliance.

Lead finance for hyperscale and AI data center development, construction, and operations. Own FP&A, cost management, controllership, forecasting, capital allocation, and investment analysis. Build scalable controls, systems, and reporting; partner cross-functionally with design, construction, procurement, legal, and accounting. Oversee tax incentives, vendor and commercial decisions, and present recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee. Hire and scale the finance team to support disciplined growth.
