Drive contractor performance, QA/QC, standards compliance (TIA, NEC, NFPA), acceptance testing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure code-compliant, schedule-certain delivery.

Lead month- and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, perform variance analysis, oversee accounts payable, manage fixed asset and cash accounting, support audits, reconcile intercompany balances, and collaborate on process improvements and system implementations for the company's manufacturing business while ensuring GAAP compliance.

Lead complex new-product manufacturing programs for data center infrastructure from concept through scaled production. Own strategy, governance, schedules, risks, and cross-functional alignment. Drive manufacturing footprint decisions, process industrialization, automation adoption, quality improvements, pilot launches, production ramp, supplier/partner management, and performance KPIs.
