Drive expansion, retention, and revenue growth across a portfolio of mid-market B2B accounts. Develop account strategies, conduct in-person customer meetings and executive briefings, lead renewals and commercial negotiations, and collaborate with solutions architects and service teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and secure customer commitments.

Partner with business leaders to discover, prioritize, and design AI and automation solutions. Elicit and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria; oversee implementation, UAT, and adoption; ensure governance, responsible AI practices, and measurable value realization while optimizing processes and driving change management.

Lead and scale a remote inside sales organization for TPx Communications, managing hiring, coaching, KPIs, and recruitment. Drive pipeline generation, qualify leads, close complex B2B telecom deals, and develop strategic account plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams, engage CxO-level stakeholders, and meet revenue and retention targets while travelling frequently.

Drive IT operational maturity and financial management by analyzing spend and operations, managing renewals and PO lifecycle, delivering reports, advising leadership on budget optimization, vendor rationalization, and process improvements.
