Owns inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting for Mid-Market and SMB segments. Manages the full sales cycle from discovery and solution positioning through proposals, negotiation, and close. Maintains CRM pipeline and forecasts, collaborates with solution and implementation teams, supports onboarding, and transitions accounts after the first year. Also mentors less experienced representatives and supports new logo acquisition and early account expansion.

Designs, develops, and maintains automated UI, API, integration, regression, performance, and security testing frameworks for enterprise applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce. Integrates automated tests with CI/CD pipelines, validates data using SQL and APIs, manages test environments and tooling, investigates failures, reports defects, and collaborates with engineering teams on root-cause analysis. The role also establishes automation standards, metrics, quality gates, and provides technical guidance to QA team members.
