Manage major dealer accounts and regional channels to drive revenue, market share, and brand presence. Develop and execute sales strategies, forecast and track performance, build dealer relationships, pursue new business, provide product training and dealer support, collect and present market/competitor intelligence, and maintain accurate CRM documentation to support cross-functional execution and senior leadership decisions.

Designs, tests, installs, and maintains large-scale electrical equipment and control systems for manufacturing and power applications. Troubleshoots and repairs PLC, servo, and motion control systems; programs and modifies controls; directs fabrication and installation; coordinates vendors and maintenance; manages projects end-to-end and applies statistical methods for equipment capability and reliability.

Lead FP&A and finance strategy for TNA, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, cost analysis, procurement oversight, capital investment evaluation, and team leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to drive margin improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and financial reporting.

Support and lead site-level health and safety initiatives across plant departments. Help develop, implement, and administer safety programs and policies, drive measurements toward zero injuries, and collaborate with safety team to promote compliance and a strong safety culture.

Lead design, development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of business and manufacturing applications. Provide technical leadership for application development, system integration, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, vendor oversight, and mentoring. Perform application monitoring, on-site and remote support, participate on-call and holiday maintenance, and create technical artifacts (ER diagrams, data dictionaries, workflows). Collaborate with IT teams to enable reliable, secure, and scalable solutions for plant and enterprise operations.

Manage OEM RFQ process, develop and implement short- and long-term sales programs, analyze and negotiate pricing, maintain and grow key account relationships, conduct competitor and market analysis, and report sales activity and forecasts to achieve division goals.

Design and develop tire products from concept through production readiness. Define performance requirements, create structural and tread designs, build and test prototypes, conduct DFMEA and root-cause analysis, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, prepare production specifications and SOPs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support production and commercial teams, and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end general ledger close, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Oversee general accounting, fixed assets, and accounts payable teams; ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, internal controls, audit readiness and J-SOX adherence. Partner with FP&A, supply chain, and operations to support decision-making, drive ERP and P2P improvements, manage external audits, and develop accounting staff.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Prepare month-end journal entries, reconcile GL accounts, support daily cash operations, and assist AP/AR and treasury. Consolidate multi-entity financials, produce dashboards and presentations for senior management, and drive process improvements and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Provide sales administration support including order entry and invoicing in SAP/ERMS, purchase order processing, inventory and forecast monitoring, reporting and forecast updates, handling EDI issues, checking freight forwarder invoices, creating debit/credit memos, and responding to customer and internal partner requests.

Design, implement, and sustain mechanical, electromechanical, and industrial systems. Coordinate fabrication, installation, vendor evaluation, procurement, maintenance, and repairs. Apply statistical methods to estimate equipment capability, analyze designs/specs/manuals, design machines and control systems (including robots, thermal, hydraulic, and heat transfer systems), and recommend modifications to improve reliability and performance.

Provide bilingual (Japanese-English) administrative and translation support for R&D Tire Development and Testing teams. Responsibilities include travel and meeting arrangements, visitor support, PO/purchasing and invoice coordination, technical document translation, interpretation for meetings, office recordkeeping, inventory management, and assisting Japanese expatriates with relocation and adjustment. Reports to R&D head in White, Georgia.

Lead and participate in planning and executing J-SOX and internal audits (including IT audits), perform risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, prepare audit reports for management and the Audit Committee, coordinate with external auditors, and support audit quality and compliance with GAAP and international auditing standards.

Support and improve manufacturing quality across tire production stages by using SPC, Cp/Cpk, root-cause problem solving (8D/DMAIC), corrective actions, waste reduction, supplier/customer quality management, and maintaining quality systems (IATF16949/ISO). Provide data analysis and shop-floor leadership.
