Manage strategic accounts in Colorado, Arizona, and Utah to achieve unit and dollar sales goals. Build and maintain relationships with national distributor and retail channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support private label and Toyo branded product programs, train account personnel, forecast sales, and represent Toyo at franchise meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Prepare month-end journal entries, reconcile GL accounts, support daily cash operations, and assist AP/AR and treasury. Consolidate multi-entity financials, produce dashboards and presentations for senior management, and drive process improvements and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Manage and grow Toyo Tire sales across MN, IA, ND, and SD by building dealer relationships, meeting regional sales targets, signing new dealers, monitoring inventory and competitor performance, executing marketing/programs, and maintaining customer data in Salesforce.com.

Lead a production team to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets. Enforce ESH and quality systems, resolve issues, drive Kaizen/CI, optimize resources, collaborate cross-functionally, run shift communications and KPI reviews, and develop staff through coaching, evaluations, and cross-training.

Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs, including training, apprenticeships, and career pathways. Use HR data analytics and LMS tools to measure program effectiveness, partner with HR and Plant Operations, develop metrics and reports, coach and mentor employees, and promote diversity and leadership development.

Lead accounting and finance functions including financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting/forecasting, tax and audit coordination, cash management, internal controls, and departmental supervision. Coordinate with Parent Company, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other departments to ensure GAAP compliance, J-SOX adherence, timely reporting, and actionable financial analysis.

Design and develop tire products from concept through production readiness. Define performance requirements, create structural and tread designs, build and test prototypes, conduct DFMEA and root-cause analysis, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, prepare production specifications and SOPs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support production and commercial teams, and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Designs, tests, installs, and maintains large-scale electrical equipment and control systems for manufacturing and power applications. Troubleshoots and repairs PLC, servo, and motion control systems; programs and modifies controls; directs fabrication and installation; coordinates vendors and maintenance; manages projects end-to-end and applies statistical methods for equipment capability and reliability.

Design, implement, and sustain mechanical, electromechanical, and industrial systems. Coordinate fabrication, installation, vendor evaluation, procurement, maintenance, and repairs. Apply statistical methods to estimate equipment capability, analyze designs/specs/manuals, design machines and control systems (including robots, thermal, hydraulic, and heat transfer systems), and recommend modifications to improve reliability and performance.

Provide bilingual (Japanese-English) administrative and translation support for R&D Tire Development and Testing teams. Responsibilities include travel and meeting arrangements, visitor support, PO/purchasing and invoice coordination, technical document translation, interpretation for meetings, office recordkeeping, inventory management, and assisting Japanese expatriates with relocation and adjustment. Reports to R&D head in White, Georgia.

Provide sales administration support including order entry and invoicing in SAP/ERMS, purchase order processing, inventory and forecast monitoring, reporting and forecast updates, handling EDI issues, checking freight forwarder invoices, creating debit/credit memos, and responding to customer and internal partner requests.

Manage OEM RFQ process, develop and implement short- and long-term sales programs, analyze and negotiate pricing, maintain and grow key account relationships, conduct competitor and market analysis, and report sales activity and forecasts to achieve division goals.
