Designs, installs, evaluates, and improves mechanical, electromechanical, and industrial equipment and systems. Coordinates fabrication, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, vendors, and engineering personnel while ensuring equipment meets production, reliability, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include mechanical system design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, equipment capability evaluation, machine modifications, and integration of hardware and software.

Designs, tests, installs, and improves large-scale electrical systems and machinery for manufacturing, power generation, and transmission. Collaborates with vendors, contractors, engineering, maintenance, and planning teams; uses CAD and engineering software; evaluates equipment proposals; leads testing and validation projects; supports production efficiency, safety, reliability, and long-term equipment planning.

Lead month-end close, general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, inventory and cost accounting. Ensure US GAAP compliance, controls, J-SOX readiness, external audit management, and provide timely financial reporting and variance analysis. Manage and develop a small accounting team and drive ERP and process improvements.
