Manage strategic accounts in Colorado, Arizona, and Utah to achieve unit and dollar sales goals. Build and maintain relationships with national distributor and retail channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support private label and Toyo branded product programs, train account personnel, forecast sales, and represent Toyo at franchise meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Design, implement, and sustain mechanical, electromechanical, and industrial systems. Direct fabrication and installation, coordinate with planning and vendors, apply statistical methods to assess equipment capability, design controls/robots/hydraulic/thermal systems, lead engineering personnel, oversee maintenance/repair, and recommend design modifications to resolve malfunctions.

Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs, including training, apprenticeships, and career pathways. Use HR data analytics and LMS tools to measure program effectiveness, partner with HR and Plant Operations, develop metrics and reports, coach and mentor employees, and promote diversity and leadership development.
