Develop and execute sales strategies, forecast and track performance, build dealer relationships, pursue new business, provide product training and dealer support, collect and present market/competitor intelligence, and maintain accurate CRM documentation to support cross-functional execution and senior leadership decisions.

Designs, tests, installs, and maintains large-scale electrical equipment and control systems for manufacturing and power applications. Troubleshoots and repairs PLC, servo, and motion control systems; programs and modifies controls; directs fabrication and installation; coordinates vendors and maintenance; manages projects end-to-end and applies statistical methods for equipment capability and reliability.

Lead FP&A and finance strategy for TNA, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, cost analysis, procurement oversight, capital investment evaluation, and team leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to drive margin improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and financial reporting.
