Seasonal safety intern supporting the Town’s Safety Department with technical research, sampling, data collection, modeling, basic labor, and administrative tasks. Directs the Town Assessor’s Department, administering the CAMA system and overseeing valuation and revaluation of real and personal property. Prepares tax valuation, statistical, new growth, and tax rate reports for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue; manages budgets and staff; recommends abatements; and represents the Town in valuation appeals.
