Directs the Town Assessor’s Department, administering the CAMA system and overseeing valuation and revaluation of real and personal property. Prepares tax valuation, statistical, new growth, and tax rate reports for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue; manages budgets and staff; recommends abatements; and represents the Town in valuation appeals. The role also interprets regulations, resolves deed and subdivision issues, supervises personnel, and adapts assessment practices to regulatory and market changes.

Performs engineering, research, sampling, data collection, planning, design, inspection, surveying, contracting, and contract management for DPW projects across water, sewer, roads, buildings, marine infrastructure, and solid waste. Prepares plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and maintains records while coordinating with the public and project teams.

Perform civil and infrastructure engineering tasks across DPW projects including research, data collection, design, construction inspection, surveying, contract and project management, and preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

Support planning, management, design, construction, and administration of the Town's water, sewer, road, and marine infrastructure. Assist Town Engineer, prepare and administer budgets and grants, manage projects and contracts, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform engineering reviews and inspections.

Manage planning, contracting, inspection and administration of road repair and drainage projects. Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates and contract documents. Supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with public, and use engineering design software and office applications.

Manage, design, budget, inspect, and execute municipal public works projects (water, sewer, roads, buildings, marine, solid waste). Prepare and stamp engineering drawings, manage large construction budgets, administer contracts/grants, supervise staff, and use CAD and office/engineering software to produce reports and plans.

Lead and QA/QC civil engineering projects across DPW functions (roads, water, sewer, buildings, marine, solid waste). Oversee, mentor, design and stamp engineering drawings/specifications, prepare plans, estimates, and contract documents, manage project budgets, inspections, and construction, and coordinate with regulations and procurement.

Provide administrative, technical and supervisory civil engineering services for public works road projects. Develop processes/programs, perform surveying, design, construction oversight, inspection, plan review, and public presentations. Supervise staff, use engineering/drafting software and standard office applications, and apply stormwater treatment knowledge.
