Directs the Town Assessor’s Department, administering the CAMA system and overseeing valuation and revaluation of real and personal property. Prepares tax valuation, statistical, new growth, and tax rate reports for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue; manages budgets and staff; recommends abatements; and represents the Town in valuation appeals. The role also interprets regulations, resolves deed and subdivision issues, supervises personnel, and adapts assessment practices to regulatory and market changes.

Performs engineering, research, sampling, data collection, planning, design, inspection, surveying, contracting, and contract management for DPW projects across water, sewer, roads, buildings, marine infrastructure, and solid waste. Prepares plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and maintains records while coordinating with the public and project teams.

Perform civil and infrastructure engineering tasks across DPW projects including research, data collection, design, construction inspection, surveying, contract and project management, and preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
