Senior Business Analyst responsible for researching business domains, gathering and translating requirements into software specifications, defining workflows, writing user stories, prioritizing product backlogs, and supporting roadmap planning. The role collaborates with clients, product managers, designers, and development teams, participates in Agile ceremonies, tests releases, analyzes system impacts, and maintains product documentation. Some projects may include Product Owner responsibilities.

Provide ERP consultancy for production-focused implementation projects. Analyze client business requirements, design and document solutions, configure Charisma ERP, support integrations with finance and procurement, and assist with testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support. Manage project issues, risks, conflicts, documentation, and acceptance while ensuring solutions meet project objectives and minimize costs.

Leads complex IT and technology projects from scope definition through delivery. Responsibilities include planning schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and changes; coordinating distributed teams and vendors; managing stakeholder and client communications; tracking KPIs and SLAs; preparing executive reporting; and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. The role also supports governance, continuous improvement, mentoring, and delivery of projects across IT, finance, operations, systems implementation, and transformation.
