Provide WMS and ERP consultancy for Charisma projects across production, retail, and distribution. Analyze customer requirements, configure Charisma ERP & WMS, document solutions, manage issues and testing, support go-live and post-go-live transitions, train users, and identify further product opportunities while following Totalsoft implementation methodology.
