Among your responsibilities you will:

  • Own the entire sales & business development cycle, starting from new leads/clients to contract signing;
  • Analyze the client’s needs, pain points and existing business flows in order together with the delivery team in order to identify the right software solutions, budget and timeline;
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process and collaborating with the implementation teams;
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and identifying new business opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell for existing clients;
  • Be an active part in negotiation and contracting new customers;
  • Strengthen the ties with the Sales Support team in order to efficiently manage all commercial documents and CRM processes;
  • Inspire your colleagues by presenting new ideas and perspectives during sales and product meetings;
  • Being involved in research of new market tendencies related to CRM products.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Fluent English, both writing and speaking;
  • Persuasive communication;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Extremely attentive to accuracy and detail;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Up-to-date with trends and markets.
