Manage full-cycle recruiting and build talent pipelines; lead onboarding; maintain HRIS and employee records; ensure legal compliance; support compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, engagement programs, and HR administration.

Support global tax compliance, reporting, and treasury functions for a multinational. Assist with U.S., state, and international tax filings, ASC 740 tax provision work, expatriate tax coordination, cash flow forecasting, daily cash management, debt administration, bank relationships, and related reporting and audits.

Process and audit vendor invoices and expense reports, maintain vendor records, reconcile vendor accounts and G/L, perform month-end A/P close, and support audits and reporting.

Provide executive administrative support and office management for senior leadership: schedule travel and meetings, manage correspondence and filing, administer SAP Concur expense reporting, prepare presentations, coordinate campus services and events, maintain office supplies and facilities, and act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, ensure strong candidate experience and EEOC/OFCCP compliance, track recruiting metrics, advise on offers and negotiations, and collaborate with HR leadership to meet talent needs.

Manage month-end close, reconcile general ledger balances, support audits, track and record fixed assets and depreciation, assist cash forecasting and reporting to corporate, and recommend process and internal control improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and AI-assisted reports; build data models and ETL workflows; apply analytics to generate insights; automate reporting with AI and scripting; ensure security, governance, and documentation; collaborate with stakeholders and evaluate analytics platforms.

Oversee manufacturing accounting functions including inventory controls, cost accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support. Partner with operations and management to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, improve processes, and mentor accounting staff while leading cost accounting activities and supporting strategic projects.

Serve as HR partner handling recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS recordkeeping, benefits/leave administration, engagement programs, and HR operations to support manufacturing/technical teams.
