Process and resolve daily ACH exceptions, returns, disputes, unauthorized debits, notices of change, and settlement discrepancies. Ensure compliance with Nacha Rules, Regulation E, Federal Reserve requirements, and bank policies. Serve as the bank’s ACH subject matter expert, monitor commercial originator return rates, support audits and system implementations, maintain procedures and records, and provide ACH guidance and training across departments.
