Owns and improves Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations processes across manufacturing and distribution sites. The role translates business needs into functional requirements, configures D365, supports planning, purchasing, scheduling, and production reporting, and leads testing, documentation, training, and adoption. It partners with operations, finance, distribution, IT, and business analysts to resolve issues, standardize processes, manage enhancements, and deliver measurable improvements. Travel up to 50% is required.

Develops and maintains production and supply plans, balances capacity, inventory, workloads, and resources, and coordinates with manufacturing, materials, logistics, vendors, sales, and operations to meet customer demand. Monitors schedules, resolves supply and equipment issues, supports forecasting and long-range planning, and recommends efficiency improvements. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.

Supervise distributed support staff, manage Intercom and Fin AI Agent workflows, maintain Help content, and monitor support metrics. Train temporary agents, oversee QA and escalations, enforce data-handling controls, and help hire full-time staff. Identify recurring customer issues, improve AI resolution accuracy, and provide monthly insights to product and leadership.

Own and modernize Azure DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, platform reliability, security, scalability, cost optimization, monitoring, incident response, and operational documentation. Partner with engineering, security, leadership, and managed service providers to improve deployment consistency, platform performance, and production resilience during peak demand.

Develops and supports enterprise applications and integrations within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Responsibilities include coding in X++, C#, or .NET; building Azure, API, EDI, and data integrations; developing SSRS and Docentric reports; troubleshooting SQL and interface issues; supporting custom web applications; participating in testing, deployments, and production support; and collaborating with stakeholders on technical solutions.

Analyze and improve product and content data quality across business systems, ecommerce platforms, and customer-facing channels. Responsibilities include reconciling data, investigating discrepancies, performing audits and root-cause analysis, developing reports and dashboards, evaluating product information, and recommending process, governance, and workflow improvements. The role also manages data initiatives and communicates findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
