Develops and supports enterprise applications and integrations within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Responsibilities include coding in X++, C#, or .NET; building Azure, API, EDI, and data integrations; developing SSRS and Docentric reports; troubleshooting SQL and interface issues; supporting custom web applications; participating in testing, deployments, and production support; and collaborating with stakeholders on technical solutions.

Develops and maintains production and supply plans, balances capacity, inventory, workloads, and resources, and coordinates with manufacturing, materials, logistics, vendors, sales, and operations to meet customer demand. Monitors schedules, resolves supply and equipment issues, supports forecasting and long-range planning, and recommends efficiency improvements. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.

Supervise distributed support staff, manage Intercom and Fin AI Agent workflows, maintain Help content, and monitor support metrics. Train temporary agents, oversee QA and escalations, enforce data-handling controls, and help hire full-time staff. Identify recurring customer issues, improve AI resolution accuracy, and provide monthly insights to product and leadership.
