Build and lead TOPdesk’s global partner marketing program from the ground up. Develop strategy, playbooks, campaigns, webinars, events, content, partner toolkits, and activation programs. Manage partner relationships, align initiatives with regional pipeline goals, track partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and optimize performance using KPIs, attribution, and ROI reporting. Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations.

Build and scale TOPdesk’s global partner marketing program from the ground up. Develop partner strategies, playbooks, campaigns, webinars, events, content, and enablement toolkits. Manage partner relationships, align programs with regional pipeline goals, and own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline reporting. Collaborate with Partnerships, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Rev Ops to improve attribution, performance, and ROI.

Own automated test suites for platform-team interfaces, including integration, contract, non-functional, property-based, fuzzing, and mutation testing. Use Claude Code to generate tests, investigate failures, propose fixes, and run governed agentic evaluations in CI. Build traceable, human-accountable quality infrastructure, review AI-generated changes, maintain quality gates, assess security and data risks, and help engineers adopt responsible agentic quality practices.

Own SLOs and error budgets for a global Azure SaaS estate. Build self-healing automation, consolidate observability, lead incident response and postmortems, harden CI/CD and progressive delivery, model capacity and cost, and partner with product teams to improve reliability while controlling costs.

Own and proactively optimise TOPdesk's Azure SQL estate for performance, cost, and resilience. Implement index hygiene, query tagging, observability, backups and DR testing. Advise and enable engineering teams on multi-tenancy, ORM interactions, sharding strategies, and decomposition. Reduce noisy-neighbour costs and external-consultant dependency while shaping target architecture and partnering with Cloud & SRE.

Own SLOs and error budgets for a global Azure-based SaaS, automate toil and build self-healing systems, consolidate observability, lead incidents and postmortems, harden CI/CD and progressive delivery, and manage capacity, performance, and cost forecasting across a multi-cloud estate.

Take structural ownership of TOPdesk's Azure SQL estate: proactively optimize cost and performance, implement index hygiene and query tagging, improve observability, ensure backups/DR and security, advise engineering teams on multi-tenancy and data patterns, and contribute to sharding and decomposition architecture.

Build and modernise TOPdesk's Knowledge Base end-to-end using agentic workflows. Frame problems, orchestrate agents (Claude Code), implement and verify solutions across frontend and backend (TypeScript/Vue, Java, Postgres, Azure). Own testing, observability, rollback plans, and reusable agent patterns. Coach peers, contribute shared prompt/agent libraries, and ship production modernisation work while maintaining operational quality and security.

Build and modernize the Knowledge Base end-to-end using agentic workflows. Frame problems, orchestrate and verify agent work, ship features and legacy-modernisation across UI and backend, contribute shared agent/prompt libraries, and mentor colleagues to raise engineering standards.

Leads PR and external communications across the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. Develops market-specific media strategies, builds journalist relationships, translates technology and AI initiatives into compelling stories, prepares executives for media engagements, manages agencies and freelancers, and establishes PR measurement. The role also partners with internal communications and builds a scalable European PR playbook as the company expands.

Provide technical and functional support to TOPdesk customers, investigating incidents, reproducing issues, analyzing logs and database information, and delivering clear solutions. Support SaaS and Virtual Appliance environments, integrations, automation, reporting, upgrades, and maintenance. Document cases, create knowledge articles, contribute to service improvements and training, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation. The role requires Portuguese fluency and English proficiency for collaboration across the Americas.
