Advise department leaders on workforce planning, talent, employee relations, performance, and engagement. Develop and execute departmental people strategies, analyze HR data, coach managers, and support organizational change and design. The role partners with senior stakeholders and global HR teams to implement performance management and career frameworks across international departments, while ensuring fair, consistent, and evidence-based people decisions.

Designs and delivers sales enablement programs for TOPdesk representatives. Assesses training needs and skill gaps, creates playbooks and documentation, conducts onboarding assessments, and applies training methodologies involving reinforcement, certification, and continuous improvement. The role translates strategy into execution, challenges sales leadership, and improves sales efficiency across international teams.

Build and lead TOPdesk’s global partner marketing program, including strategy, scalable processes, playbooks, campaigns, webinars, events, content, and partner enablement. Manage partner relationships, align programs with regional pipeline goals, track partner-sourced and partner-influenced performance, and optimize ROI. Collaborate with Partnerships, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Rev Ops while ensuring accurate Salesforce attribution and reporting.
