Provides broad HR support across employee relations, benefits, performance management, onboarding, HRIS records, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. Supports talent acquisition through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, compensation recommendations, applicant tracking, and recruiting events. Maintains confidential records, advises employees and managers on HR policies, supports audits and affirmative action requirements, and collaborates with leadership and Finance.

Supports accounting operations through general ledger and bank reconciliations, month- and year-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, expense analysis, and financial reporting. Collects operational cost data and may assist with accounts payable and receivable. Requires accurate, confidential work, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, and GAAP fundamentals. The role requires a CPA or bachelor’s degree, at least three years of accounting experience, and travel within the United States and internationally.

Supports aircraft technical airworthiness, regulatory compliance, quality and safety programs. Maintains FAA, military, maintenance and operational documentation; assists with audits, regulatory submissions, aircraft modification packages, QMS/SMS procedures, and compliance reviews. Coordinates with maintenance, engineering, quality and safety stakeholders. Requires aviation regulatory knowledge, strong documentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to obtain security clearance and CAC access, and availability for nonstandard schedules and domestic or international travel.
