Administers and maintains the SMS Pro safety management platform, supporting safety reporting, investigations, corrective actions, audits, compliance, data analysis, training, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with safety, quality, and operational teams to maintain accurate records, monitor action items, prepare performance metrics, and improve workflows. Requires aviation safety or related experience, SMS administration knowledge, regulatory familiarity, travel availability, and potential security clearance and CAC eligibility.

Performs intermediate to advanced maintenance and repair on F-16 aircraft systems, including engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, electrical, and mechanical systems. Diagnoses malfunctions using technical manuals and blueprints, maintains tool accountability, coordinates materials and production activities, communicates discrepancies to aircrew, and mentors subordinates. The role requires compliance with FAA, OSHA, and safety standards, physical work in hazardous environments, travel, and the ability to obtain a security clearance and CAC.
