Lead catalog operations and PIM strategy: build scalable product-data workflows, QA, SOPs, and AI/automation for enrichment and onboarding. Manage a small team, partner with Product/Engineering, and support customer-facing catalog activities to improve data quality and launch readiness.

Lead architecture, build, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile features. Design integrations and onboarding infrastructure, act as a product partner, work directly with customers for custom integrations, leverage LLMs/AI tooling to accelerate delivery, and improve reliability, observability, and performance while mentoring teammates.

Lead end-to-end onboarding of new TOOLBX customers: plan and manage implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver training, maintain documentation in CRM, monitor milestones, gather customer feedback, and drive adoption to ensure long-term customer success.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven ordering, integrations, payments, and platform features. Run discovery, prototype, and ship features, design AI-assisted product operations, manage a small PM team, and own ERP integration strategy and customer-facing engagement to drive product outcomes and velocity.

Manage and grow relationships with existing dealer clients for TOOLBX, drive adoption, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast account metrics, prepare performance reports, and travel periodically for in-person meetings and tradeshows.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for a construction-focused vertical SaaS platform. Drive feature development end-to-end, prioritize with cross-functional teams, improve user experience through research and analytics, manage external partners and vendors, and use KPIs to iterate on product performance.
