Build pipeline through cold outreach, trade shows and referrals, run full sales cycles, sell business outcomes, manage forecasting in HubSpot, and feed market feedback to product and marketing. Run discovery, prototype, and ship features, design AI-assisted product operations, manage a small PM team, and own ERP integration strategy and customer-facing engagement to drive product outcomes and velocity.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for a construction-focused vertical SaaS platform. Drive feature development end-to-end, prioritize with cross-functional teams, improve user experience through research and analytics, manage external partners and vendors, and use KPIs to iterate on product performance.
