Build pipeline through cold outreach, trade shows and referrals, run full sales cycles, sell business outcomes, manage forecasting in HubSpot, and feed market feedback to product and marketing. Travel across North America (~25%).

Lead catalog operations and PIM strategy: build scalable product-data workflows, QA, SOPs, and AI/automation for enrichment and onboarding. Manage a small team, partner with Product/Engineering, and support customer-facing catalog activities to improve data quality and launch readiness.

Lead architecture, build, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile features. Design integrations and onboarding infrastructure, act as a product partner, work directly with customers for custom integrations, leverage LLMs/AI tooling to accelerate delivery, and improve reliability, observability, and performance while mentoring teammates.
