Build relationships with dealer decision-makers, maintain HubSpot records, resolve product concerns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support sales performance through industry expertise and strong presentation skills.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven ordering, integrations, payments, and platform features. Run discovery, prototype, and ship features, design AI-assisted product operations, manage a small PM team, and own ERP integration strategy and customer-facing engagement to drive product outcomes and velocity.

Lead end-to-end onboarding of new TOOLBX customers: plan and manage implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver training, maintain documentation in CRM, monitor milestones, gather customer feedback, and drive adoption to ensure long-term customer success.
