Lead design, implementation and operation of cryogenic systems for superconducting magnets. Define requirements, select suppliers, commission and optimise cryocoolers, helium and LN2 systems, and large cryoplants. Provide technical ownership, troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration to ensure operational readiness and project delivery.

Design and develop high-temperature superconducting (HTS) magnet technology and mechanical models, manage materials databases, design prototype test facilities, interpret test results and report findings, support HTS commercialisation, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior staff, and generate intellectual property to meet project SMART objectives.

Develop and scale HTS coil manufacturing and assembly processes, support prototype builds, lead NPI, design and commission tooling, create manufacturing documentation, perform risk assessments, train technicians, and drive continuous improvement to make concepts production-ready.

Hands-on engineer to develop and scale novel manufacturing and assembly processes for advanced products. Lead process development from concept to production readiness, design and commission tooling, support NPI and scale-up, create manufacturing documentation, assess process risks, analyze performance, and train technicians while collaborating with R&D, design and manufacturing teams.
