Manage financial accounting and reporting for a major government-funded fusion programme. Responsibilities include contract revenue recognition, milestone billing, grant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cash flow management, audit support, stakeholder partnering, and establishing robust financial controls and processes. The role will provide financial insight to technical and programme teams while creating sustainable frameworks for future contract delivery.

Support systems engineering across complex fusion energy programmes by managing requirements and traceability, developing architectures and interface definitions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, assessing technical risks, supporting reviews, and defining verification and validation strategies. The role integrates magnet technology, cryogenics, electrical systems, instrumentation, and plant integration while improving systems engineering processes and tools.
