As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll handle inbound calls from prospective customers, conduct outbound calls to current clients, and qualify leads for mortgage options. Full training is provided to help you develop necessary sales skills and knowledge of products.

Manage end-to-end processing of mortgage applications for specialist secured lending, handling initial assessments, pipeline management pre- and post-offer, quality control of loan files, coaching the team to meet SLAs, and producing weekly performance and efficiency reports.

Support the PMO Manager to govern and enable delivery of the change portfolio. Own PMO services, embed and evolve the Change Delivery Framework, manage governance, risk, tools and artefacts, collaborate with stakeholders, and support Tech Transformation and AI programmes.

Provide oversight, training, challenge and advice on RCSAs, incidents, root cause analysis, KRIs, ERMF toolkit use, risk reporting, control design, risk assessments and risk training to drive effective risk management and assurance.

Lead an eight-person Financial Control team to produce accurate month-end P&L and balance sheet reporting, manage complex accounting areas (swaps, ECL, SPVs), maintain the Financial Control Framework, support audits, provide technical accounting advice, develop stakeholders, and improve processes, controls and team performance.

Support DCM Directors in raising and refinancing funding vehicles (bonds, RCFs, securitisations). Produce and validate Bank of England data tapes, performance data and investor materials. Manage and develop commercial customer relationships for Heter Iska loans via telephone and in-person meetings. Identify and qualify sales opportunities, assess inbound enquiries, meet individual and team targets, represent the company at events, and build long-term customer relationships to maximise retention and repeat business.

The Senior Project Manager will lead regulatory change initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing resources, and engaging stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning, delivery management, financial oversight, and mentoring team members.

Lead and own organisational test strategy and test engineering capability. Drive automated testing, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, select and operationalise test tools, ensure functional, regression, load, performance and security testing across cloud-enabled DevOps teams.

Lead and coach a telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor KPIs, drive revenue through campaigns, ensure call quality and compliance, analyze performance data, and provide feedback to improve conversion rates and team performance.

Lead month-end P&L and balance sheet reporting, prepare complex disclosure notes and control schedules, manage group consolidation, maintain financial controls, support accounting for hedges and SPVs, own IFRS 9 expected credit loss processes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders while developing junior team members.

Lead and manage a team of Portfolio Directors and Relationship Managers to grow and protect the corporate lending portfolio. Provide credit-risk-focused relationship management, oversee aggregate credit limits and annual lending reviews, develop turnaround and recovery strategies, collaborate with credit risk teams, and report portfolio performance to stakeholders.

Support design, delivery and operation of reward, recognition and benefits programmes. Manage salary reviews, bonuses, job evaluations (Willis Towers Watson), benefits administration, compliance with FCA/PRA rules, reporting, and stakeholder guidance.

Lead end-to-end product ownership for AI-driven solutions using Azure AI and Microsoft Power Platform. Define roadmap and prioritized backlog, convert discovery into delivery artefacts, and work with analysts, engineers, data and business stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes and embed AI across the organisation.
