Manage and develop commercial customer relationships for Heter Iska loans via telephone and in-person meetings. Lead end-to-end product ownership for AI-driven solutions using Azure AI and Microsoft Power Platform. Define roadmap and prioritized backlog, convert discovery into delivery artefacts, and work with analysts, engineers, data and business stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes and embed AI across the organisation.

Lead and coach a telesales team to hit conversion, call volume, and revenue targets for a customer loyalty scheme. Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, enforce scripts and compliance, deliver coaching, and ensure call quality while managing sales strategy and team performance.

Prepare accurate month-end P&L and balance sheet reporting, complex disclosure notes and control schedules. Manage group consolidation, hedge accounting and IFRS 9 credit loss processes, maintain Financial Control Framework, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and develop junior team members.

Support design, delivery and day-to-day operation of reward, recognition and benefits programmes in a regulated financial services environment. Manage annual reward cycles, job evaluations (Willis Towers Watson), benefits administration, FCA/PRA remuneration compliance, reporting and dashboards, and provide guidance to managers. Contribute to process improvements and reward projects, ensuring policy alignment, audit governance and accurate payroll/finance reconciliation.

Provide oversight, training, challenge and advice on RCSAs, incidents, root cause analysis, KRIs, ERMF toolkit use, risk reporting, control design, risk assessments and risk training to drive effective risk management and assurance.
