Leads business architecture across strategic transformation, AI, automation, and enterprise initiatives. Develops capability models, value streams, target operating models, investment priorities, and transformation roadmaps. Facilitates strategic discovery, stakeholder engagement, workshops, and executive decision-making. Assesses organizational maturity, identifies capability gaps and inefficiencies, and helps mature enterprise and business architecture practices through governance, standards, and delivery methods.

Supports the Tax Manager with corporation tax compliance, tax returns, tax provisions, VAT filings, tax cash-flow management, R&D and capital allowance claims, tax policy maintenance, legislative impact assessments, and project-based tax advice. The role partners with Finance, Treasury, HR, Procurement, Technology, external advisors, auditors, and regulators to ensure UK tax compliance and support the SAO regime.

Provides commercially focused UK employment law advice across employee relations, disputes, tribunal claims, restructures, redundancies, policy updates, organisational change, and workforce planning. Advises HR and senior stakeholders, manages external counsel and litigation strategy, delivers employment law training, and promotes compliance and proactive risk management.
