Leads and develops a customer loyalty telesales team, drives sales targets and revenue growth, monitors KPIs and call quality, coaches team members, analyzes performance data, and ensures adherence to scripts, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Drives new and repeat lending business by building broker and client relationships, generating opportunities, issuing terms, managing cases from enquiry through completion, preparing underwriting summaries, maintaining CRM records, supporting BDMs, and identifying refinancing and retention opportunities. The role requires meeting monthly activity, application, completion, and KPI targets while coordinating with underwriting and internal teams.

Leads test strategy, quality governance, planning, execution, defect management, UAT, and reporting across Agile teams and vendors. Oversees test coverage, automation integration, non-functional requirements, incidents, root cause analysis, quality metrics, and continuous improvement. Partners with Product, Engineering, automation, and non-functional testing teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle and mentors testers in best practices.
