Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach the Microsoft 365 team on Agile practices, support transition to continuous delivery, improve delivery standards, manage risks and dependencies, and drive measurable delivery improvements that increase business value and adoption across the organisation.

Lead an 8-person Financial Control team to deliver timely month-end P&L and balance sheet reporting, maintain the Financial Control Framework, provide technical accounting support (including complex areas like IFRS9/ECL, swaps and SPVs), liaise with internal/external stakeholders and auditors, improve controls and efficiencies, and develop the team.

Process mortgage applications from receipt to underwriting submission, perform provisional assessments and fraud/security checks, manage case pipeline, request missing information, and provide updates to customers and stakeholders within service levels.
