Serve as a trusted first-line risk partner across Operations during an 18-month fixed-term contract. Provide oversight, training and challenge on RCSAs, incidents, root cause analysis, KRIs and risk acceptance; produce divisional risk insight and consolidated reporting; support ERMF toolkit use and design controls for transformation programs; conduct periodic risk assessments and deliver risk training to strengthen risk management maturity.

Lead and own organisational test strategy and test engineering capability. Drive automated testing, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, select and operationalise test tools, ensure functional, regression, load, performance and security testing across cloud-enabled DevOps teams.

Lead and coach a telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor KPIs, drive revenue through campaigns, ensure call quality and compliance, analyze performance data, and provide feedback to improve conversion rates and team performance.
