Serve as primary partner contact for MXDR services, guiding detection, incident response, threat hunting, and security posture improvements. Deliver technical advice, present findings to stakeholders, translate feedback into service enhancements, and provide on-call escalation support for the 24x7 SOC.

Perform outbound and inbound outreach to build pipeline, research and prospect accounts, schedule discovery calls and demos with Account Executives, nurture early-stage leads, track activity in CRM, represent the company at events, and support campaigns and webinars while learning cybersecurity and sales fundamentals.

Monitor alerts, triage and investigate security incidents, perform threat hunting and IOC analysis, develop automation and detection tooling, produce technical reports, and collaborate with MXDR team and partners to determine root cause, scope, and remediation.

Drive acquisition and expansion of large MSPs/MSSPs for the Todyl security platform. Own partner sales lifecycle, enablement, strategic account planning, thought leadership, joint marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue and consumption targets.

Technical staff-level data engineer who sets direction for ingestion, storage, and search systems. Designs scalable, reliable pipelines and storage, establishes architecture and observability standards, mentors engineers, leads complex multi-quarter initiatives, participates in on-call, and partners with AI/ML and product teams to deliver queryable, high-volume telemetry for analytics and detection.

Build and operate the production platform (Kubernetes, AWS, IaC, CI/CD, observability), automate self-service deployment, embed security and secrets management, run and modernize on-call, drive cost efficiency, mentor teammates, and maintain runbooks and post-incident reviews.

Monitor alerts, triage and investigate incidents, perform threat hunting and malware analysis, develop detection automations and tooling, craft technical reports for partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to contain and remediate threats.

Provide Tier III technical support for networking and security products: troubleshoot complex network, endpoint, and cloud issues; own escalations; collaborate with Engineering/Product; create documentation; mentor lower tiers; participate in on-call rotation.

Design and execute manual and automated tests for web portals, identify and track defects, work with CI/CD pipelines, analyze requirements, monitor quality metrics, assist with production troubleshooting, and collaborate with development teams to improve the codebase.
