Manage a high-volume portfolio of MSP partners, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion of the Todyl cybersecurity platform. Advise partners on cybersecurity, compliance, integrations, and service packaging; identify expansion opportunities; monitor account health and resolve risks. Use data, CRM tools, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and partner outcomes while collaborating with Support, Product, Operations, and Sales.

Lead two engineering teams that build and operate the Detection Engine, Threat Intelligence Platform, SOAR, and Case Management. Own hiring, delivery quality, production operations, roadmaps, and partner-visible surfaces. Provide technical architecture guidance (~20% hands-on), ensure SLOs and incident management, coordinate with security practitioners and central engineering, and enable AI/LLM-driven workflows and platform extensibility for SOC, Detection Engineering, and Threat Intelligence customers.

Generate new business among MSP and MSSP prospects, build and manage sales pipelines, conduct discovery and product demos, develop partner relationships, attend industry events, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires learning cybersecurity and networking, tracking sales activity and quotas in CRM software, and serving as a trusted contact for prospects and new partners.
