Build customer and competitor knowledge, generate quotes and reports using ERP tools, participate in national and international sales meetings, and collaborate on proposals. The role requires strong sales performance, mechanical aptitude, customer relationship skills, autonomy, and overnight travel of up to 70%, including international travel.

The HR Business Partner supports employees and corporate HR, validates payroll, maintains HR records, recruits for open positions, and coordinates training including EH&S programs. The role also provides office coordination, employee support, compliance assistance, and collaboration with regional HR managers and the group HR director. It requires strong organizational, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, confidentiality, and prioritization skills.

Develops, tests, and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, workflows, layouts, and quality standards. Analyzes production, labor, and material costs; prepares process reports; supports equipment maintenance; ensures regulatory compliance; maintains process data; and trains technicians. Leads 6S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with vendors, operators, and production teams.

Oversee sales administration, order management, invoicing, transportation coordination, customer documentation, backlog tracking, accounts receivable monitoring, and sales record maintenance. Support sales personnel and cross-functional teams, coordinate shipping documentation and quotes, monitor data quality, prepare quality metrics, assist with RFI, RFP, and RFQ documentation, and contribute to process improvement and audit initiatives.

Provides advanced technical support for ground support equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, diesel, PLC, and structural systems. Troubleshoots field issues, leads root cause investigations, analyzes warranty and reliability data, develops corrective actions, supports engineering changes, and creates technical documentation and training. Collaborates with customers, technicians, sales, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams to improve product reliability, safety, maintainability, and customer satisfaction while supporting ISO 9001 quality initiatives.
