The HR Business Partner supports employees and corporate HR, validates payroll, maintains HR records, recruits for open positions, and coordinates training including EH&S programs. The role also provides office coordination, employee support, compliance assistance, and collaboration with regional HR managers and the group HR director. It requires strong organizational, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, confidentiality, and prioritization skills.
