Staff Accountant responsible for monthly close activities, bank reconciliations, expense accruals, account reclassifications, balance sheet schedules, accounts payable support, financial reporting, GL analysis, sales and VAT tax filings, audit requests, and ad hoc financial projects. The role ensures accurate GAAP-compliant reporting, maintains internal controls, and supports the company’s overall financial integrity.

Plan production builds and material movement across Asia and globally. Manage logistics providers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, factories, warehouses, and distribution center operations. Oversee import/export compliance, China customs, bonded-zone logistics, dangerous goods movement, inventory planning, and supplier execution. Analyze logistics costs, delivery performance, inventory turns, and supply chain KPIs while implementing manufacturing and logistics strategies to reduce costs and disruptions.

Own investigation and resolution of field failures and returns, manage ECOs/PCB respins and component substitutions, coordinate supplier corrective actions, support contract manufacturer production and yield issues, own RMA/refurbishment engineering, and triage sustaining issues across product lines.

Lead cross-functional hardware development from concept through mass production, coordinating EE/ME/firmware/radio and manufacturing test. Serve as primary technical and program contact for internal teams and external partners, manage schedules, risks, ECOs, BOM cost, and product validation with contract manufacturers and quality teams.
