Manage enterprise customer accounts from onboarding through renewal, ensuring satisfaction, product adoption, value realization, retention, and loyalty. Evaluate customer needs, manage product and service orders, cultivate relationships, identify upsell opportunities, grow strategic accounts, renew contracts, and re-engage inactive customers. Collaborate cross-functionally, advocate for clients, and contribute to revenue retention and growth.

Own end-to-end technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, maintain headcount plans, build talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes and analytics, and advise leaders using market data. Represent the company at recruiting and industry events while supporting employer branding. The role requires recruiting across technical, SaaS, hardware, regional, and seniority-level needs in a fast-paced environment.

Lead development of customer-facing analytics and internal dashboards by building advanced SQL models, optimizing visualizations, and maintaining data models. Drive analytics priorities, improve team processes, present findings to leadership, and participate in agile planning and peer review to support product, operations, and commercial teams.
