Own end-to-end data science and ML features for logistics: problem framing, modeling, production deployment, monitoring, and cross-functional delivery. Focus areas include theft detection, routing intelligence, anomaly detection, and customer-facing alerting using geospatial and IoT sensor data.

Operationally own and scale company-wide People programs including performance management, onboarding, manager enablement, talent reviews, engagement surveys, and organizational effectiveness. Drive cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, manage stakeholders, improve adoption and scalability, and build documentation, frameworks, and processes to support employee development and manager effectiveness across a growing global organization.

Lead global sales enablement strategy and programs to onboard and up-level sales and customer success teams. Partner with GTM leaders to prioritize initiatives, build content, deliver training, coach managers, measure impact, and support enablement events.
