Teams at Tive

Leads Tive’s reverse logistics and refurbishment operations across Boston and Kosovo. Owns returns, RMA, receiving, refurbishment, repair quality, capacity planning, inventory, disposal, and operational metrics. Builds internal capacity and an external partner network, managing KPIs, SLAs, and QBRs. Partners with engineering on failure analysis, corrective actions, and product improvement while supporting NPI programs. This hands-on leader manages teams, improves throughput and efficiency, and reports performance to executives.

Manage B2B customer accounts from onboarding through renewal, focusing on product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, loyalty, and revenue growth. Evaluate customer needs, manage orders and contracts, re-engage inactive customers, build trusted relationships, and advocate for clients. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and a strong record of customer revenue retention.

Generate qualified sales opportunities for the EMEA market through high-volume prospecting, cold calling, email, and social outreach. Research target accounts, create personalized messaging, qualify prospects, schedule meetings for Account Executives, manage a pipeline, and develop expertise in Tive’s solutions and competitive positioning. The role uses Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
