Teams at Tive

Process and prepare returned devices for refurbishment within the Tive Green program: load/unload charging bays, clean, package, receive items into ERP, sort incoming material, assist inventory management, and support process improvements under direction.

Own investigation and resolution of field failures and returns, manage ECOs/PCB respins and component substitutions, coordinate supplier corrective actions, support contract manufacturer production and yield issues, own RMA/refurbishment engineering, and triage sustaining issues across product lines.

Lead cross-functional hardware development from concept through mass production, coordinating EE/ME/firmware/radio and manufacturing test. Serve as primary technical and program contact for internal teams and external partners, manage schedules, risks, ECOs, BOM cost, and product validation with contract manufacturers and quality teams.
