Execute day-to-day purchasing to support PCB assembly production: monitor ERP/CETEC outputs, BOM demand, inventory and POs; expedite shortages; manage suppliers, inventory and cost; partner with Production/Engineering/Quality; drive continuous improvement and ensure AS9100/compliance.

Hands-on, floor-focused SMT Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain PCB assembly processes. Own SMT programming, reflow profiling, AOI/X-ray support, stencil recommendations, NPI readiness, yield improvement, documentation, training, and cross-functional root-cause problem solving to deliver stable, repeatable, high-yield production.

Lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent defects in PCB assembly and electromechanical builds. Maintain AS9100/ISO9001 quality systems, own quality metrics (FPY, escapes, SPC), support inspections and NPI reviews, and collaborate with engineering and operations to reduce rework and ensure customer requirements are met.

The Receiving Specialist verifies and manages incoming materials and inventory, ensuring accurate records and compliance with safety standards while supporting shipping and stockroom activities.

Lead and own the site's AS9100 Quality Management System, drive defect reduction and first pass yield improvements across SMT/PCB lines, manage audits and CAPA/RCCA processes, oversee incoming/supplier quality, engage with customers on quality issues, and lead continuous improvement and team development to embed a proactive quality culture.

Hands-on, floor-focused process engineer developing and sustaining PCB assembly processes (SMT, reflow, AOI/X-ray, selective/hand solder, mechanical assembly). Owns process windows, yields, NPI readiness, documentation, training, and root-cause problem solving to reduce escapes and improve throughput in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

Develop and sustain manufacturing methods for PCB assemblies: support NPI, create SMT pick-and-place programs, routings, work instructions, and ERP data. Troubleshoot quality and throughput issues, analyze cycle times and line balance, coordinate process readiness and tooling, support MRB/NCR with IPC/J-STD standards, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, rework, lead time, and cost.
