Manage brand and manufacturer partnerships and own recurring pricing, MAP compliance, and co-op program operations. Coordinate with Data, Finance, and Marketing to validate files, detect and resolve pricing and MAP violations, reconcile loads, produce monthly cost and violation reports, and maintain process documentation and partner communications.

Lead end-to-end order fulfillment and supplier/carrier performance, manage Ops managers and analytics, drive process optimization and automation (including AI), lead strategic projects with the COO, and shift team to proactive risk management.

Own pricing strategy and execution across channels, design and analyze pricing experiments, monitor performance metrics, build financial models and dashboards, coordinate competitive pricing audits, and recommend price adjustments to optimize revenue and margin.

Lead cross-functional operations initiatives end-to-end using data analysis to identify opportunities, build business cases, implement process and system improvements, automate tasks with AI, and track KPIs and dashboards to measure impact and iterate.

Manage accounts receivable processes including reconciliations, customer invoice investigation, bank reconciliations, collections support, and AR-related month-end close activities. Provide ad-hoc analysis, assist with policy/process improvements, liaise with internal/external stakeholders, and support training of junior staff.

Support strategic teams as an analytical and operational right hand: draft executive-ready communications, build weekly presentations, track commitments, monitor performance, pull and analyze data from BigQuery and dashboards, and drive follow-through to closure.
