Support development, maintenance, and optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure. Process, clean, and transform large datasets using Python and ETL practices. Lead and train a team of 5-7 operations associates, set productivity goals, analyze operational data, coordinate cross-functional processes, and implement workflow improvements and software solutions.

Lead end-to-end order fulfillment and supplier/carrier performance, manage Ops managers and analytics, drive process optimization and automation (including AI), lead strategic projects with the COO, and shift team to proactive risk management.

Lead cross-functional operations initiatives end-to-end using data analysis to identify opportunities, build business cases, implement process and system improvements, automate tasks with AI, and track KPIs and dashboards to measure impact and iterate.

Own and optimize pricing strategy across channels: design and analyze pricing experiments, monitor pricing performance, build financial models and reports, run competitive audits, and recommend price adjustments to maximize revenue and margin.
