Manage daily operations for order cancellations, late shipments, supplier outreach, FedEx investigations, and inventory audits. Lead and train a team of 5-7 operations associates, set productivity goals, analyze operational data, coordinate cross-functional processes, and implement workflow improvements and software solutions.

Lead end-to-end order fulfillment and supplier/carrier performance, manage Ops managers and analytics, drive process optimization and automation (including AI), lead strategic projects with the COO, and shift team to proactive risk management.

Own pricing strategy and execution across channels, design and analyze pricing experiments, monitor performance metrics, build financial models and dashboards, coordinate competitive pricing audits, and recommend price adjustments to optimize revenue and margin.
