Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing regional industrial accounts for steel pipe, fittings, and flanges. Maintain CRM, achieve sales targets, negotiate with stakeholders, assess risks, monitor market conditions, and travel within the territory to grow business.

Review and prepare quality documentation and certifications for steel pipe, tubing, fittings, and flanges to ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, customer, and nuclear specifications. Verify orders and supplier paperwork, coordinate with customers, suppliers, testing labs, and inspectors, and support cross-functional teams to complete accurate shipments.

Provide sales support to the regional sales team by expediting orders, preparing customer document packages, setting up freight logistics, sourcing vendors, entering and merging data in Excel/CRM, requesting quotes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate order completion.

Sell steel pipe, tubing, fittings and flanges within an assigned Houston territory. Identify and develop new and existing accounts, manage CRM, meet sales targets, conduct risk assessments, negotiate with stakeholders, monitor market conditions, and travel within the region for customer visits and trade shows.

Inside Sales Representative responsible for customer support and driving sales: manage orders from inquiry to delivery, prepare proposals, source materials, maintain CRM, communicate specifications, build customer and supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
