Design and deliver enterprise SaaS implementations for credit-insurance platform customers. Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, integrations, configurations, customizations, and implementation delivery from scoping through go-live and hypercare. Collaborate with sales, engineering, QA, product, and customer stakeholders; create architecture documentation, manage technical risks, develop API and workflow integrations, and provide technical guidance. Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable implementation assets, product feedback, and expansion opportunities.
