Own and optimize Tin Can's email lifecycle program in Klaviyo, including campaign planning, segmentation, automations (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, loyalty, referral), A/B testing, deliverability and compliance, cross-team collaboration with Growth, Brand, and Product, and reporting to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Lead a small creative team to execute brand vision across packaging, digital, social, product launches, and campaigns. Manage workflow from brief to delivery, mentor designers and copywriters, contribute hands-on to concepts and execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain high craft and brand consistency.

The Technical Support Specialist provides customer support through troubleshooting device and account issues, ensuring a positive experience across various communication channels.

Provide empathetic, efficient customer support across email, SMS, social DMs and phone for orders, activation, billing, and technical troubleshooting. Maintain SLAs, follow workflows and escalate when needed. Contribute feedback, documentation, and knowledge sharing to improve customer experience and team processes.

Write brand and product copy across packaging, web, email, social, and in-app. Champion Tin Can’s playful, nostalgic voice, support campaigns and lifecycle flows, own conversion-driven subscriber/promo copy, provide creative feedback, and establish voice guidelines and naming frameworks.
