Design, ship, and maintain LLM-powered pipelines, scheduled tasks, no-code integrations, dashboards, and connectors; own intake-to-deploy lifecycle and document/hand off solutions to non-technical teams.

Lead end-to-end product design across mobile, web, back-office, and the design system. Drive discovery, prototyping, interaction and visual design, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and evolve scalable design systems while using AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Lead QA reviews across Customer Support and Trust & Safety for human and AI-assisted interactions. Score and document reviews, run calibration sessions, surface coaching opportunities, track trends, and feed quality insights into training, content, and process improvements to ensure trusted, consistent CX.
