Own full-cycle recruitment for 10–20 hires over six months: source, screen, interview, close senior IC roles. Optimize Greenhouse and the recruitment stack through automations, clean data, and reporting. Track funnel metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, ship monthly process improvements, manage inbound applications and talent pools, and support hiring managers with structured interviews, scorecards, and debriefs to sustain fast, data-driven hiring.

Build AI-native internal automations and agentic workflows to remove manual work across HR, Support, Ops, Finance, and Marketing. Design, ship, and maintain LLM-powered pipelines, scheduled tasks, no-code integrations, dashboards, and connectors; own intake-to-deploy lifecycle and document/hand off solutions to non-technical teams.

Lead end-to-end product design across mobile, web, back-office, and the design system. Drive discovery, prototyping, interaction and visual design, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and evolve scalable design systems while using AI tools to accelerate workflows.
