Lead strategy and execution of multi-channel demand generation and ABM programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Manage digital media, content syndication, webinars, podcasts, and partnerships while optimizing campaigns, tracking KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, DevRel, and RevOps.

Build and support TimescaleDB Enterprise on‑prem deployment and management platform. Develop frontend tooling (React/TypeScript), backend services (Go), deployment automation (Ansible), and operational PostgreSQL tooling. Write tests across unit to end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate operational requirements into pragmatic product solutions, and iterate on reliability and usability.

Lead and manage a team of 6–8 Account Executives across EMEA, own regional revenue (new logo and expansion), build an outbound-led GTM motion for cloud and self-hosted deployments, coach reps on insight-led selling, partner with Marketing/SE/CS, recruit and develop talent, and represent EMEA in company GTM planning and forecasting.

Own and grow relationships with large enterprise accounts, prospect and close new logos, manage full sales cycle, develop strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive expansion by selling Tiger Data's PostgreSQL-based platform to technical and executive stakeholders.

Generate pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, prospecting assigned accounts, cold calling (80–100+ calls/day), multichannel outreach, building account POVs, partnering with AEs, and maintaining pipeline in Salesforce. Attend events as needed and help drive meetings for the sales team.

As a Customer Success Manager at TigerData, you'll drive customer adoption, retention, and success through data-informed strategies while fostering relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Generate pipeline through inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and cold calling. Run multichannel outreach, research accounts, build tailored messaging and sequences, qualify opportunities, partner with AEs, track activity in Salesforce, and attend industry events as needed.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting across PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB and full platform stack. Diagnose and optimise database performance, analyze query plans, implement TimescaleDB features, collaborate with customers and engineering, and document solutions. Participate in occasional on-call coverage and help improve platform reliability.
