The Microsoft D365 CE Solution Consultant will guide clients through digital transformation with Dynamics 365, manage application configurations, and collaborate with project teams to meet business objectives.

Provide OTM technical and functional support for OTM Cloud: monitor events/transmissions, manage automation agents, write SQL, check logs, support end-to-end implementations and OTM architecture, handle daily RUN team tasks (INC/RITMs), and use ServiceNow/ITSM processes. Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Lead and grow the India Data & AI organization (~150 people), define offerings and strategy, collaborate with Nordic clients to design, build, and operate cloud data platforms, data pipelines, analytics, GenAI and agentic AI solutions, and develop a high-performing team.

Own and optimise end-to-end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, L2B), support ERP, reporting, data integrations and automation, ensure controls and documentation, support consolidation and finance transformation initiatives, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholders.

The role involves leading and innovating within ServiceNow environments, supporting multicloud ecosystems, and collaborating with local and international teams on ITSM solutions.

Provide HR administration and first-line support: prepare contracts and HR documentation per Latvian law, maintain HR systems, support payroll/onboarding, handle employee queries, assist engagement events, and support Lithuania HR operations and HR projects.

Lead the Workday integration lifecycle, build integrations, debug flows, advise on best practices, support pre-sales, and mentor colleagues.

The role requires hands-on skills in SAP ABAP and Odata, focusing on project delivery, debugging, problem solving, and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
