Lead or support strategic sales opportunities involving large, complex IT outsourcing deals. Responsibilities include deal shaping, win strategy development, stakeholder mapping, solution coordination, client response quality, contract negotiations with Legal, and internal leadership approvals. The role requires relationship building, executive communication, commercial awareness, and collaboration across teams. Experience with consulting, complex sales, M&A, joint ventures, outsourcing, RFI/RFP processes, and transformation programs is beneficial. Travel and occasional overtime are required.

Implement and configure Workday Finance solutions across the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, training, and documentation. Advise clients on best practices, translate finance requirements into effective systems, propose enhancements, support presales and bid creation, collaborate with sales, and coach other consultants.

Full-stack Java developer responsible for all phases of SDLC: design, develop and implement solutions, define data processing streams and database architectures, maintain software components, and perform unit testing and integration.
