Collaborate with two physicians and advanced practitioners, focusing on patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while supported by administrative and clinical staff. Maintain certification and licensure, communicate effectively with patients, and contribute to a growing practice delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Provide full-time primary and preventative care in a busy family medicine practice. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, manage patient visits, participate in shared on-call coverage, and help drive patient education and treatment plans. Support practice growth and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to mostly privately insured patients.

Provide comprehensive endocrine patient care including assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, diagnostics ordering/interpretation, prescribing within scope, patient education, and participation in quality improvement and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Drives a vehicle to pick up, transport and deliver supplies, lab specimens, medical records, mail, bank deposits and equipment between clinics and offices.
