Provide primary care as a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in an established internal medicine practice. Collaborate with two physicians and advanced practitioners, focusing on patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while supported by administrative and clinical staff. Maintain certification and licensure, communicate effectively with patients, and contribute to a growing practice delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Drives a vehicle to pick up, transport and deliver supplies, lab specimens, medical records, mail, bank deposits and equipment between clinics and offices. Maintains delivery logs, vehicle upkeep, communicates schedule changes with supervisor, follows biohazard and bloodborne pathogen precautions, and provides customer service while working with minimal supervision.

Lead the clinical team providing patient triage, vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen processing, assisting physicians with procedures, accurate NextGen documentation, and administrative check-in/out duties.

Manage daily clinical operations, supervise and train clinical staff, handle hiring, budgeting, inventory (DME/injectables), ensure OSHA compliance, resolve patient complaints, implement clinical processes and eClinicalWorks/Paycom workflows, and support new-provider onboarding.

Provide comprehensive endocrine patient care including assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, diagnostics ordering/interpretation, prescribing within scope, patient education, and participation in quality improvement and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Coordinate specialty care referrals: verify patient demographics and insurance, prepare charts, obtain authorizations, schedule and track referrals in the EHR, document and report referral status, prioritize urgent cases, and communicate with physicians, specialists, and payers.

Support daily medical office operations: train and schedule front-desk staff, check patients in/out, verify insurance, collect copays, handle patient billing and petty cash, perform accounts payable tasks, maintain charts and confidentiality, resolve patient complaints, and act as liaison between physicians, clerical staff, and office manager.
